Cancellation Policy 

At IPOS Motorsport, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes plans change, but please be aware that our policy regarding cancellations for big ticket items differs from that of other products.

1. Non-Cancellation Policy for Big Ticket Items

Due to the nature of how our big ticket items are manufactured and the associated transaction fees, we unfortunately cannot accommodate cancellations once an order is placed. This policy is in place to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in fulfilling your order.

2. Reasons for Non-Cancellation

  • Manufacturing Process: Many of our big ticket items are custom-made or specially ordered from our suppliers. Once an order is placed, production may begin immediately, and alterations to or cancellations of these orders can disrupt our manufacturing schedule.

  • Transaction Fees: The processing fees associated with large transactions are non-refundable. These fees are incurred at the time of the transaction and cannot be recovered, which impacts our ability to process cancellations.

3. Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments before production begins. However, once the manufacturing process has started, changes may no longer be possible.

4. Exceptions

In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credits at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact our customer service team for more information if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
